Published in 1925, The Great Gatsby is considered F. Scott Fitzgerald’s masterpiece, in which he explores themes such as decadence, excess, idealism, resistance to change, and social upheaval. Gatsby is a young millionaire and enigmatic businessman, whose lavish home hosts extravagant parties. He embodies the very essence of the tuxedo – stylish, black, elegant, golden – that is what The Great Gatsby stands for.

The house was built in the golden 1920s.
In 2020, the villa underwent a complete core renovation with the aim of rediscovering its original charm and combining it with modern elements.
Gold and grey are the house’s signature colours; the 14 resulting apartments are named after famous personalities or styles from the era and are – each one individually – inspired by them.
The chosen materials are sustainable, regional, and of high quality – this is meant to be a house built to last!
